Abstract

This paper evaluate the responses of 5 interviews of employees at the government agency ”Trafikverket”. The basis of the interviews was to examine the answers to discover if there exists a motivation for a type of analysis method, and in that case, how that method should be shaped. The purpose of this was to deliver a recomendation and a set of specifications to Trafikverket, so that they themself can implement this kind of method into their agancy.

This papper found, through the interviews and academic literature, that there is a strong motivation for a type of relationship method, the purpose of which to aid and assist Trafikverket in developing a whole-system perspective in their work.
